The renovated Chase City Medical Clinic is staffed with three doctors, a nurse practitioner, consulting services and a quality nursing staff. A new Chase City Primary Care Clinic has one doctor, a nurse practitioner and a quality nursing staff. Both clinics and backed by one of Virginia's best volunteer rescue squads. The town also includes an optometrist and a dentist. Two advanced hospitals, Community Memorial Healthcenter in South Hill and Halifax Regional Hospital, are within a few miles of Chase City, and the Medical College of Virginia and Duke University are just over an hour away.

Just outside of town is a recently constructed 120 bed Nursing Home (Chase City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) which has a quality staff, physical rehabilitation services and an Alzheimer Unit.
